SE11 Sessions is Tea House Theatre's regular offering of live jazz, soul & funk! Each month a guest vocalist fronts the house band for a themed opening set, with all musicians then encouraged to join the fray for a pumping jam.

Expect musical fireworks at November's SE11 Sessions with a night dedicated to film soundtracks!

Our house band set, playlist and projections will be geared to cinema's rich tradition in jazz, funk and soul; think Miles Davis' melancholy score in 'Elevator to the Gallows', James Brown's heavy grooves in 'Black Caesar' or Curtis Mayfield's soulful 'Superfly'.

That leads us to the jam session where guest musicians unite to create their own jazz, funk and soul blend.
